1. Double the number of OELMS congregations over the next 10 years
  2. Achieve financial stability for each OELMS congregation through biblical stewardship and entrepreneurship
  3. Establish long range, strategic partnerships for each OELMS congregation/mission with a local LCMS congregation
  4. Cultivate leadership among the 2nd generation Oromo, to bridge the cultural and language differences, and provide leadership for a multi-cultural future
